一、引言

新標準六年級英語《HappyThanksgiving》說課稿

Simon: Look, Daming. Tomorrow is Flag Day.

Daming: What do you do on Flag Day?

Simon: We carry flags and we sing songs.

Daming: Can you tell me more about American festivals, Simon?

Simon: Well, Thanksgiving is my favourite festival.

Daming: What do you do on Thanksgiving Day?

Simon: We always have a special meal. It’s a big family dinner.

Daming: That’s good.

Simon: On the Thanksgiving Day, we say ”thank-you” for our food, family and friends.

Daming: That sounds nice.

Simon: And after Thanksgiving dinner, we watch a big football game on TV.

Daming: That’s great! I think I like Thanksgiving, too.

二、教學對象:小學六年級學生

三、學習目標:

(一)語言知識

1 能理解、認讀生詞:festival, special, meal, sound。

2. 能理解和認讀下面三個句子

(1)Thanksgiving is my favourite festival.

(2)We always have a special meal.

(3)We say‘thank-you’ for our food, family and friends.

(二)語言技能目標

1. 能閱讀理解課文

2. 能模仿朗讀課文。

3. 能努力猜測festival, special, meal, sound等生詞和句子We always have a special meal. We say ‘thank-you’ for your food, family and friends.”的語義;

4. 能用口頭運用”We always have a special meal. We say ‘thank-you’ for our food, family and friends.”這些句子介紹相關節日的活動

(三)情感態度目標:

1.能集中注意力認真觀察本課生詞和新句子所在的語境,並通過聯想在語境和語義之間建立起聯繫;

2. 能談論和描述課文所介紹的節日,併產生對其他的西方節日的.興趣。

3.能在積極參與活動、和他人合作完成任務的過程中獲得學習的樂趣和學習成就感。

四、教學重點難點:

(一)重點:

1.基本能聽懂、會讀festival, special, meal, sound。

2. 能理解和認讀句子”We always have a special meal.” ”We say‘ thank-you’ for your food, family and friends.”

(二)難點:

運用本課的句子描述相關的節日的主要活動。

五、教學方法:

(1) 情景教學法:在課堂中創設真實或模擬的情景,幫助學生在猜測、模仿、等過程中理解、模仿和運用生詞和新句子。

(2) 任務型語言教學:設計任務型活動,讓學生在完成任務的過程中學會運用Thanksgiving is my favourite festival. / We always have a special meal./We say’ thank-you’ for your food, family and friends. 來描述節日的活動。

(3)直觀教學法、提問法:精講多練,充分發揮學生的主體作用,在活動中,通過合作學習,建立團隊意識和集體責任感。
