In world war ii, German fascist leader goering asked a Swiss officer: "how many of you can fight?" "Half a million"

"What will you do if I send a million troops into your country?" "Simply," he replied, "we have two guns apiece."

In a hurry, there is a lot of confidence and confidence. In the real work no matter what kind of work do you in the post, you should bear all the pressure, the source of most of the time yourself, give yourself some confidence and you are the strong of your actions. "Confident people are always strong and never fall. And that's what we often lack.

There were two men who fled to Tokyo. Tokyo is a very busy commercial city, everything is asking for money, they see the rich money buy water to drink, all very strange: "water still need money to buy?" One of them immediately thought: "in this part of Tokyo, it costs money to use water. The cost of living is too high for me to live long." So he left and continued to wander.

And the other guy didn't think much, he thought, "Tokyo is a place where even water can make money, and I'm sure I can make a difference here." He was so excited to think of it that he began his entrepreneurial career.

The man who stayed in Tokyo soon started his own business. He is the Japanese cement king, ichiro.

When he passed the market one day, he overheard a conversation between a customer and a butcher. The customer said to the butcher, "cut me a kilo of good meat."

The butcher listened and put down the butcher's knife and asked, "which piece is not good meat?"

The customer was shocked at the time, while the one on the side of panshan baoji learned.

We always feel, now work is not ideal, there are a lot of complaints, such as: "work environment is not good enough, open working than other company's employees to the relatively small bottom, feel the company brand and so on, has many is unpleasant." In fact, "which piece of meat is not good?"

No matter what kind of work environment you are in, you will gain as much as you put into the job. The key is how you look at it.

A, working as A white-collar in the joint venture company, I feel that my ambition is not appreciated by my superiors. I often think that if I can see my boss one day, I will have A chance to show my talents.

A colleague B, also had the same idea, he further, ask the boss to work time, good he will probably be in when into the elevator, he also to take the elevator at this time, hope to meet old total, can have A chance to say hello.

Their colleague C goes further. Details about the course of struggle of the boss, find out boss graduated from school, interpersonal style, the issue of concern, has designed a few words of simple but weight of prologue, in good time to take the elevator, after a few times call with boss, had a long talk with boss, finally one day, to a better job soon.

Fools miss opportunities, wise men seize opportunities, winners create opportunities. The opportunity is only for those who are prepared.

A says to B: "I'm leaving this company. I hate this company!

B suggested: "I raise my hands in favor of your revenge! The company must give it some color to see. But you're not the best time to leave now.

A: how do you say that?

B: "if you go now, the company will not lose much. You should take advantage of this opportunity in the company, has struggled to pull some customers for himself, and was the company's independent character, and then abruptly left the company with these customers, the company will be a serious loss, very passive."

A thinks B is very reasonable. So he worked hard, and after more than half a year of hard work, he had a lot of loyal customers.

Meet again B ask A: now is the time, want to jump quick action!

A quietly laugh way: the boss talked with me long, prepare to ascend me to be the general manager assistant, I have no intention of leaving temporarily.

That's exactly what B was for. A man's job is always his resume. Only if you give more than you can get, let the boss see that your ability is greater than the position, and will give you more opportunities to create more profit for him.

A father was troubled by his child, who was fifteen or sixteen years old, but had no manhood. So the father went to visit a zen master and asked him to train his children.

The zen master said, "you leave your child here, and after three months I can train him to be a real man, but in these three months, you can't come to see him." father agreed.

Three months later, the father came to see the child. The buddhist monk arranged a match between the child and a karate coach to show the results of the three months of training.

As soon as the coach stepped in, the child fell to the ground, and he stood up to meet the challenge, but was knocked down again, and he stood up again, 16 times.

The zen master asked his father, "do you think the child has become manly enough?"

My father said, "I'm so ashamed of myself. I didn't think I'd send him here for three months, and the result was that he was beaten so unbeatable."

"I'm sorry," Jackson said. "you only see things on the surface. Have you seen the courage and perseverance of your son standing up? That's the real manhood."

If you stand up more than you fall, you win.
