In our life many students like to eat westen foods. These foods taste very good but they are not good for our health. And many students only eat their favourite foods. It's not good for our health too.

How can we keep healthy?

First we should eat more fruits and vegetables. They are good source fo vitamins minerals and fibre. And also we need to eat a balanced diet. A balanced diet will give us lots of energy. Second we should do some exercise. That can make our body strong. Third we should get up on time. go to bed on time. Try test tips maybe they will help you keep healthy.

As we all know health is very important for everyone . Without health it’s more difficult for us to enjoy a happy life. However in our life not everyone can have a healthy lifestyle.

To be healthy we should take proper exercise and have a balanced diet. Besides having a scientific timetable is also very necessary. In addition we’d better develop some good habits in our daily life and keep away from alcohol and drugs. What’s more as students we should not be addicted to addictive computer games which will distract us from study.

In a word it’s a good idea for us to keep fit. Only in this way can we live a positive life.
