大學生宿舍的網絡 The Internet in College Dormitories
As the development of the Internet, more and more people have computer, we use computer everyday, it has become part of our life. As for college students, almost all of them have computer, they need it so much, but when the students come in the dormitories, they play games all the time.
隨着網絡的發展，越來越多的人擁有電腦，我們每天都使用電腦，它已經成爲我們生活中的一部分。對於大學生來講，幾乎每人都有電腦，他們很需要電腦，但是當學生回到宿舍的時候，總是在玩電腦遊戲。
On the one hand, college student need to use computers to search the Internet, so they can find useful message for their study. As a student, we need to get all kinds of dates for our research paper, we need to get to know about the world and other people’s paper, so we can make some creation. Computer provides such a big stage, we should make full use of it.
一方面，大學生需要用電腦來上網，這樣他們就能找到學習有用的信息。作爲一名學生，我們需要各種各樣的調查報告的數據，需要了解世界和他人的工作成果，因此我們可以進行創新。電腦提供了這樣的大平臺，我們應該充分使用。
On the other hand, computer gives students all kinds of message, some students are addicted to computer games, they abandon their study, playing the computer games when they are finishing the class. The Internet just like a big whole world, which is full of temptation, students are so easily lose themselves.
另一方面，電腦給予了各種各樣的信息，一些學生沉迷於電腦遊戲，他們拋棄了學習，一上完課就玩電腦遊戲。網絡是一個大世界，充滿了誘惑，學生很容易迷失自我。
The Internet is very important for college student, they can’t leave it, because students need computer to do with homework. But at the same time, they should control themselves, not to lose in the computer world.
網絡對於大學生來說很重要，他們離不開電腦，因爲學生需要電腦做作業。但是同時，他們應該控制自己，不要迷失在電腦的世界裏。
鄉村之變 The Changes in Countryside
Nowadays,thanks to the reform and opening-up policy, great changes have taken place in countryside. Now let me introduce some changes in details.
如今，由於改革開放政策，在農村發生了巨大變化。現在讓我介紹一些具體的變化。
Inthe past, farmers used to live in the huts which were in poor quality. Theywould be destroyed easily in the heavy storm. But nowadays, most farmers havetheir own houses and flats. Some houses are even bigger and more marvelous thanthe ones in the city.
過去，農民們常常住在質量差的小屋。這樣的小屋在暴雨中很容易會被破壞。但如今，大多數農民都有自己的房子和公寓。有些房子甚至比城市裏的更大、更不可思議。
Inthe past, farmers usually starved to death in disasters, because they hadnothing to eat. But nowadays, farmers can plant many corps to live with or sellthem. No wonder that most of them are wealthy.
在過去，農民通常餓死在災難中，因爲他們沒有東西可以吃。但現在，農民可以種植很多莊稼來維持生活或者拿來出售。難怪大部分都是富有的。
Inthe past, farmers were hardly to see the outside world, since they had to trampover the mountains if they wanted to go out. But nowadays, many high ways andtunnels have been built, so it’s convenient for them to go out. Moreover, mostfarmers also have their private cars. Therefore, they can go anywhere theylike.
在過去，農民們很難看看外面的世界，因爲如果他們想出去的話，他們不得不徒步翻山越嶺。但現在，建立了很多高速公路、隧道，人們出去是很方便的。此外，大多數的農民也有自己的私家車。因此，他們可以去任何他們喜歡的地方。
Inthe past, farmers always suffered from the diseases, because there was nodoctor at all. But nowadays, many hospitals have come into being in countryside, so they can be cured in time.
在過去，農民經常遭受病痛，因爲根本就沒有醫生。但如今，在農村裏也有很多醫院了，所以他們可以及時得到治癒。
Inthe past, it was difficult for children to study in countryside. Butnowadays, as there are so many schools in countryside, more and morechildren can get a better education.
在過去，農村的孩子很難去上學。但現在，因爲在農村有很多學校，越來越多的孩子可以得到更好的教育。
Whata wonderful life in countryside. Maybe countryside will be morethriving than the city in the near future.
在農村的生活是多麼美好啊。也許在不久的將來農村會比城市更加繁榮。
月光族 The Moonlight Clan
There are a small number of people called “the moonlight clan” in our society, who always run out of their income each month and have no plan to save money. Concerning with this kind of consumption conception, some consider it as a fashion while other oppose it.
在我們的社會中有一小部分人叫“月光族”，他們每個月總是沒有錢剩餘也沒有存錢的計劃。關於這種消費觀念，有人認爲是時尚而其他則持反對態度。
Those who are in favor of this kind of consumption conception point out that being moonlight clan let them have more chances to enjoy lives and live in a high-quality life. However, the opponents argue that it is not a kind of rational conception because those called “the moonlight clan” may have no ability to cope with their rainy day. In addition, this kind of consumption habit put a premium on extravagance and waste to some extent.
那些支持這種消費觀念的人指出成爲月光族讓他們有更多的機會享受生活，過高質量的生活。然而，反對者則認爲那不是理性的概念，因爲那些所謂的“月光族”在他們低迷的時候可能沒有能力應付。此外，這種消費習慣在某種程度上形成了奢侈浪費。
Taking the two opinions into consideration, I am inclined to agree with the latter one. From my point of view, the life of the moonlight clan is more luxurious or high-quality but they may be lack of sense of security, especially in their rainy day. Therefore, I still advocate that all of us should keep some money at any time so that we will not be too difficult in our rainy day.
考慮到以上兩個觀點，我傾向於同意後者。從我的角度來看，月光族的生活更豪華或質量更高但是他們也許會缺乏安全感，尤其是低迷的時候。因此，我仍然認爲我們所有人在任何時候都應該存一些錢，這樣在困難的時候就不會過得太艱辛。
現代企業最想要的人才類型 What Kind of Talent did the Modern Enterprise Want the Most?
In the 21st century, the talent quality of hardworkingand dependable is no longer the only thing that the enterprise required. Infact, those two qualities are the basic constitution, now the requirement oftalent is more comprehensive. The perspective to define a talent is differentnow.
在21世紀，人才品質中的勤奮和踏實不再是企業唯一要求的品質了。事實上，這兩個品質只是基本的個體素質。現在的人才要求更加全面。定義人才的視角也不一樣了。
First,the enterprise prefers the one who could combine innovate and practice. Basically,the value comes from innovate, but only after combined with the innovation andpractice, can the value work the maximal effect. We can not be restricted tothe repetitive tasks. We should always keep creating new ideas.
第一，企業喜歡能把創新和實踐結合起來的人。從基本上說，價值源於創新，但只有把創新與實踐結合起來，價值才能發揮最大的成效。我們不能侷限於重複的工作中，我們應當時時想着創造新的點子。
Second,the enterprise is more fancy the cross-domain talent. 21st century isthe century that combines different field and industry. The modern society andenterprise is no only require specializing to the professional field, but alsoto know about the relevant major and field, combine them and solved theproblems effective.
第二，企業更喜歡跨領域人才。21世紀是結合不同學科，不同產業的世紀。現代社會和現代企業不僅僅要在某個專業領域有造詣，還要知道相關的專業和領域，結合它們，有效地解決問題。
Finally,the IQ, EQ, SQ issue. When we define one man is successful or not, we do notlook into his academic record or intelligence quotient (IQ), but the balance developmentof intelligence quotient, emotional quotient and spiritual quotient.
最後，IQ，EQ，SQ的問題。當我們定義一個人成功與否，我們不僅僅看他學科成績和智商，二世要看智商，情商，靈商的均衡發展。

如何選專業?How to Choose the Major?
When students finish their high school, most of them will to go study in college, the first thing they do is to choose the major. Choosing the major is a big problem for every college student, not only for Chinese students, but also for the students around the world. Students will face the factors such as their interest is more important or the future of the major worth being first concerned.
當學生讀完高中，大部分人會去大學學習，他們要做的第一件事就是選擇專業。選擇專業是對每個大學生來講都是件大事，並不僅僅對於中國的學生，對於全世界的學生來說都一樣。學生仍然面臨着他們的興趣更重要還是專業的將來更重要的問題。
On the one hand, most parents care about the future of the major. When students decide the major, parents will interfere with their own opinion, they want their children can have a bring future, so they care much about the needed talent of the society. Thus the children can find a promising job and earn more money.
一方面，大部分父母關注專業的未來。當學生選擇專業時，父母會干涉，他們想要孩子有一個光明的未來，所以他們很關注社會需要什麼樣的'人才。這樣孩子可以找到一份有前途的工作，賺更多的錢。
On the other hand, students want to choose the major that they are interested. This is often contradicting with their parents’ opinion. Some students want to learn art, but most parents won’t be allowed it because it is hard for students to find a job. Everyone admits that interest is the first factor, with it, students will feel happy.
另一方面，學生想要選擇他們感興趣的專業。這經常和父母的意見相左。一些學生想要學藝術，但是大部分父母不會同意，因爲這很難讓學生找到工作。每個人都覺得興趣是第一個要素，有了興趣，學生纔會感到快樂。
When choosing the major, students should considerate their parents’ opinion, most parents are open-minded, they will respect the kids’ willingness.
當選擇專業的時候，學生應該考慮他們父母的意見，大部分父母是開明的，他們會尊重孩子的意願。
漢字危機 Chinese Characters Crisis
Withthe rapidly development of electronic technology, the paperless office isbasically realized. We have fewer and fewer opportunities to write, as aresult, we always forget how to write the characters. Moreover, the casualexpression from internet makes us confused about the real meaning of theChinese characters. some people think that while we already have a convenienceway to express ourselves, we do not need to write anymore, well，i could not agree with that.
隨着科技的高速發展，無紙化辦公室基本實現了。我們有越來越少的機會去寫字，結果，我們常常忘記怎樣去寫字了。再者，網絡上出現的隨意的表達方式讓我們對漢字的正解更迷惘。有些人認爲我們都有那麼方便的方式來表達自我了，爲什麼還要繼續寫字，我不同意這個觀點。
Becausethe cell phone has shortcut input method and the computer typing could correcterror automatically, this can not be the reason to refuse to write. In the firstplace, Chinese characters has been used for over 6000 years, it is the spiritand soul of a nation, we should be proud of it rather than not to write itanymore.
就因爲手機有快捷輸入方式，電腦輸入有自動糾錯，這不能成爲我們拒絕寫字的理由。第一，漢字已經被使用了近6000年，是民族的精神和靈魂，我們應該爲此自豪而不是不想再寫它。
Inthe second place, we could cultivate ourselves when we are writing. Forinstance, masterful calligraphy can be rated as superb works of art, we feelsomething special link to art while we are writing. It is this magical thing thatelectronic technology can not do.
第二，我們寫字的時候能夠修養身心。例如，高超的書法被視爲一種藝術，我們寫書法的時候會感受到藝術的氣息。這種神奇的事物是科技做不來的。
Inthe third place, even though the technology bring us great convenience, westill in the situation that have to write. It could be embarrassing that youforget how to write when you were asked.
第三，儘管科技給我們帶來極大的便利，我們有時候還是要寫字的。如果我們被問字怎麼寫的時候，忘記怎麼寫，那是很尷尬的。
Finally, Chinese characters are our spirit of culture, we shouldremember how to write it, and write it good.
最後，漢字是我們的文化精神，我們應該記着怎麼寫，還要寫好它。
