四、教學過程
1、 Warm-up
（1）教師在黑板上貼上一些人物的圖像，讓學生分辨Who is tall /strong/old/young/short?，然後讓學生回答。
2、 Presentation and practice

（1）教師指着比較高的Tom和比較矮的Wuyifan問Who is tall ?S:Tom.T:Tom is taller than Wuyifan ,用動作來示意學生，幫助學生理解。然後出示taller的單詞卡片，示範讀taller.
（2）教學單詞taller，邊說邊做動作，學生跟做。開火車合拼單詞,小組比賽快速熟練的拼讀。幫助學生用tall+er來記憶。簡單介紹形容詞的比較級第一種情況是在形容詞的後面直接加“er”.本課時的幾個單詞都屬於這種變化。
（3）教師用同樣的方法教學其他四個四會單詞strongerolderyoungershorter
（4）將五張單詞卡放在一起請學生認讀。男女比賽誰讀錯或不會讀將扣去相應男女組的分數。
（5）教師把一高一矮的學生叫他們站起來，然後說You’re taller than your classmate! 引導學生做出相應的回答：Yes!教師問，How tall are you ?學生答I’m 160cm.學習let’s chant.(聽磁帶，分句練。)
（6）加強練習、鞏固。

根據《課程改革和新課程程標準》，英語教學要面向全體學生，既突出以學生爲主體的思想，又着重學生的個體差異，倡導讓學生通過體驗、實踐、參與和合作等方式，促進語言實際運用能力的提高。要貫徹這些新的教學理念，關鍵就是要轉變教學思想，改革課堂教學的方法和模式，爲此，我就六年級英語課改做如下計劃。
一、課改的目的：
通過實驗，解決目前英語課堂教學中大班上課，學生課堂上實踐機會太少的.問題，尋找一種能提高英語課堂效益的教學方法和模式。同時，希望通過實驗，能激發那些英語成績較差的學生的學習興趣，儘量緩和學生英語成績兩極分化嚴重的狀況。
二、課改計劃：
1、課堂教學
（1）英語合作教學模式在教學形式上，強調以班級授課爲基礎，以合作學習小組爲基本活動形式；
（2）在教學目標上，注重突出教學的情意功能，追求教學的認識，情意和技能的均衡；
（3）在教學過程中，強調老師與學生，學生與學生之間的多邊互動；
（4）在教學評價上，強調標準參照評價，不求人人成功，但求人人蔘與、人人進步。
2、課改作業：
改變傳統的模式，注重培養學生的創新能力和實踐能力，如：根據所學內容，拓展思維，編寫對話，並此作業給學生在書面上以正確評價。
3、第二課堂活動：
根據新課改精神和各年段不同的特點，確定英語第二課堂活動計劃，此活動可以幫助學生深入理解和鞏固課堂上所學的知識，通過課外的語言實踐，增加練習聽、說、讀、寫的技能。
三、課改的具體措施：
1.劃分合作學習小組：將全班學生按照學習成績、能力等方面的差異平均分成若干個四人小組，小組內成員有一定差異，但具有互補性，學習小組的座位一般是前後兩排爲一組，便於學生在課內和課外進行合作學習。由於合作學習小組是由不同水平學生組成的，各小組之間的整體水平基本相同，便於各小組公平競爭。
2.制訂合作學習的評價方式和內容：對於在課堂上積極回答問題的，積極參與課堂表演、作業認真、測驗成績有進步、課堂上積極動腦提出一些有代表性問題的學生都給予小組加分鼓勵。對於不完成作業，不遵守課堂紀律，不參與小組活動，不遵守小組活動規則的學生給予小組扣分。該成績將作爲爲期末總評成績的依據，佔總評成績的百分二十。
3.合作教學的動作機制與方式：合作教學在動作機制上強調合作、競爭和個體行爲的兼容並存，在此過程中強調師生合作、學生合作。
4.課改作業：
改變傳統作業模式，注重培養學生創新能力，並就此作出正確評價。根據學生作業情況打出等級ABCD，並且寫出簡短評語，恰當的作業評語，不但讓學生認識到自身作業的價值，而且還能起到促進，鼓勵作用，使他們真正看到取得的成績，存在的缺點和努力的方向。如：對差生的作業要批評，但更多的是鼓勵寄語，對中等生的作業要肯定，表揚又要督促，還要提出望，對優等生的作業要表揚，但要向他們提出更高要求。
