用法1：alive的基本意思是“活着”，指人〔動物〕還沒有死，也可指某人〔動物〕“有活力，活潑”或某事〔物〕“存在着,繼續不斷”。
用法2：alive在句中主要用作表語，也可用作賓語補足語。一般不用在名詞前作定語，偶爾用作定語時只能用在被修飾的名詞之後。
用法3：alive不能用very修飾，但可以說much alive或very much alive。用very much比用much普遍。
