再次翻開姚xx老師的這本《小學英語情趣課堂教學》時,說心裏話真的是很痛苦,像是下了很大的決心。過了兩個月的無拘束、無壓力的生活之後,發現靜下心來做一件事很難,尤其是讀書。因爲是王老師給我們下了死任務,只好硬着頭皮去讀。事實證明:有壓力纔會有動力。這句話說的一點兒也不假。我重點研讀了本書的第六章。本章節向我們展示了一些優秀的情趣英語課堂教學設計與課例,精心的教學設計,精彩的教學預設,無不體現了編寫教師的獨具匠心。設計中體現了人文主義,從教學目標到教學過程,都很巧妙地將傳統的“要我學”轉換成了“我要學”。

第一部分以北京師範大學新版小學英語教材四年級下冊第十單元 Mc’s stre 6個課時的教學內容爲例,展開基於情趣教學思想想的教學設計。閱讀的過程中,可以看出編寫教師非常細心,把課堂上的每個細節都處理的很到位,包括課堂的一些預設,生成。這一單元是一個閱讀課,一提到英語閱讀,我的腦海中就是bring, difficult。縱觀這六課時的教學設計,教師藉助插圖、對話,並通過肢體語言、聲音、多媒體資源、設置有效情境,挖掘文本固有的情趣,給予學生適時的語言支持和鋪墊,幫助學生理解語言,理解故事。一步步地幫助學生把握技巧,培養他們的閱讀能力。成功地把閱讀變成悅讀,使它真正地變成一種樂趣。在今後的閱讀課上,我會盡力效仿,使它變得不枯燥。

第二部分是姚老師本人執教的展示課例。就像姚老師所說“情趣教學着眼於對學生學習興趣的誘導”。在教學設計上,教師立足於激發學生的學習情趣,並通過多媒體資源,爲學生呈現多個自然又生動的教學情境。另外,姚老師的板書設計給了我耳目一新的視覺體驗,能夠立足於文本內容的同時,重難點突出,也符合中年級學生的認知特點。

讀罷此書,心中感慨萬千,作爲教師,很佩服姚老師的那份執着,以及對教學認真的工作態度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教學設計上,我也要有所創新:

1.導入部分需要爲所學內容做鋪墊,不能華而不實。

2.適當地體現小組合作的'魅力,鍛鍊學生的語言運用能力。根據學生的能力,在適當時機把主動權交給學生,充分關注學生的主體意識,激發學生主動參與的熱情。

3.注重教學設計的整體性,連貫性。

一、鑽研教材,分析學生,抓住重點,積極教學

學生是教學的主體。因此,瞭解和分析學生情況,有針對地教學對教學成功與否至關重要。最初接觸教學的時候,我還不懂得了解學生對教學的重要性,只是專心研究書本,教材,想方設法令課堂生動,學生易接受。但一開始我就發現我按照自己的教學設計,上了一堂自認爲生動有趣的課,認爲教學效果會很理想,怎知反饋出來才知道不如人意。後來才知道我講的口語大部分同學聽不懂,而教學的部分內容同學們以前從來未接觸過。從而可知,我在上課前根本沒有了解清楚學生的實際情況,沒有備好學生的課。以後,要漸漸克服這一點。

二、全心投入,講求方法,精神百倍,豐富課堂。

在教學過程中老師是教學的領導者和參與者。講求方法,豐富課堂是教師在整個教學過程中首要的任務。英語作爲一門外語言,需要多應運。因此,除了課堂效果之外,還需要讓學生多讀,多講,多練。課後發現學生作業問題也及時解決,及時講清楚,讓學生及時消化。上課內容豐富,現實。教態自然,講課生動,難易適中照顧全部,就自然能夠吸引住學生。所以,老師每天都要有充足的精神,讓學生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣,授課就事半功倍。回看自己的授課,我感到有點愧疚,因爲有時我並不能很好地做到這點。當學生在課堂上無心向學,違反紀律時,我的情緒就受到影響,並且把這帶到教學中,讓原本正常的講課受到衝擊,發揮不到應有的水平,以致影響教學效果。我以後必須努力克服,研究方法,採取有利方法解決課堂中的問題。

三,具體分析,因材施教,培優轉差,快樂教學

整個教學過程中由於學生的掌握情況不同,出現了優差分層,一方面,有的學生英語聽,說的能力相對較弱,授課採用較深的全英教學,同學們還不能適應。另一方面,有的同學們比較活躍,上課氣氛積極,成績較好。因此,講得太淺,沒有照顧到整體,所以教學效果不如理想。從而可以看出,瞭解及分析學生實際情況,實事求是,具體問題具體分析,做到因材施教,對授課效果有直接影響。所以。我利用課餘時間對優秀生進行課外的知識補充,對差生根據實際情況進行相對應輔導,使學生成績整體提高。從而建立學生自信心。提高學習興趣。

由於每一位教師尤其英語教師,大家都在不斷的改善和創新自己的教學,難免有失敗和彎路。不過我堅信,只有不斷創新和實踐纔能有進步,才能不斷完善教育教學,這是我一學期來的教學總結和感想,希望大家能給我寶貴的意見和建議。
