在候機室和旅遊景點，經常會遇到要找洗手間。洗手間用英語有三種說法：WC、washroom、toilet，我記住了這三種，就能飛快的辨認出洗手間的標牌和位置，很輕鬆的幫助外公外婆找到洗手間。在飛機上，空姐會送果汁飲料、飛機餐以及小禮物給我們小朋友，我熟悉了蘋果汁、橙汁、茶、咖啡等英語單詞，當收到禮物時我會用英語“Thank you！”來感謝空姐的服務。媽媽說好！離開歐洲時，媽媽在德國法蘭克福機場問路去海關辦理退稅手續，機場工作人員跟媽媽說了一些話之後說了一句：“follow me！”我馬上就聽懂了，問媽媽是不是這個意思。媽媽很驚訝，大大誇獎了我，說我好棒！
通過這次出國旅遊，我感覺學好英語很重要，對我學習英語有很大的啓發和促動，我以後要多花點時間來學英語，把英語學好。

記一記，背一背，這樣背單詞的效率也就大幅度增加，背單詞也就變得很輕鬆。
背課文也是這樣的，只要掌握學習方法，就特別地輕鬆。每天早上起牀或晚上睡前，都至少聽十五分鐘的錄音磁帶，反覆地聽，既會加深你對課文的印象，又會掌握其中的知識點，對語法方面更加嫺熟。日積月累，記住的知識點也就更多，就不會忘記了。
學習的方法有很多種，最重要的就是複習，學到的知識，若不進行復習鞏固的話，也就等於什麼也沒學。英語更是這樣，不斷地，重複對知識點加深印象，還要學以致用，對於這個知識點的句型及用法也都能運用，那才叫學會英語，最好也將學到的知識點同樣記錄在記單詞的本子上，空閒背單詞時，也能記記英語句型，那樣不是一舉兩得嗎？這樣日積月累，英語成績就會提高，這時你會認爲，對啊，英語也不是什麼很難學的嘛。
英語的學習，在於多聽，多讀，多寫，一聽，表現在能夠在日常生活中用英語來對話，而聽也會練成好的聽力，這樣也不會爲考試中那快速精煉又難以理解的英語而煩惱了，我建議多聽，在15分鐘的課文外再抽10分鐘來聽一些課外的英語，比如說BBC的新聞啊，優美英文音樂等類型，早上晚上任意分配時間，才發現，學習英語無需下太大功夫，一天25分鐘就夠了。二讀，在於對書面表達的理解，對我們考試的閱讀題有很大的幫助。要將讀書當成件輕鬆的事，而讀一些好的英語文章，更會使你受益匪淺，對於句型語法時態都有很大的幫助。三寫，在於你對你看到的，觀察到的或需要寫的事物進行整理，用通順的句子和正確的英文表達出來，這也就對作文有大的幫助了。我建議每兩到三個星期，根據發生的事情或自己的感想，寫一篇作文，看看語法是否有誤，糾正自己的缺點，考試的作文就會拿滿分。這三點做到持之以恆，考試就不用怕了。

一直想學好英語，真的有時是那種發自肺腑的，那種吶喊聲，至今仍回想在耳畔，曾今的尷尬讓我至今想起來還要苦笑！
記得大學一年級時，上計算機課，有一次，我帶了個光碟去機房，想把課本後的答案抄下來交作業，結果老師發現了，勒令我把光碟退出來，當時也不知道是緊張吧（藉口），因爲我卻不知道從主界面退出，要按EXIT 按鈕，其實exit是生活中常見的一個單詞了，什麼消防通道......了，我的手忙腳亂，讓老師極力的鄙視了一下，這個都不會，還學什麼英語，裝啥還看碟，就好是一個文盲反着看報紙，當時我的臉就像喝了兩斤二鍋頭！真的啞口無言........ 時至今日，悲劇又重演了.........
昨天我到公司複印資料，怎麼就搞不出來了，液晶屏幕上顯示了大致意思是關閉右邊的出紙口，同事過來幫忙，冷笑了一下說了句“中國的教育很成問題啊”！！！！心理已經接近崩潰的底線 要學英語，我要像地鐵上那些能很開心的與老外交流的人一樣，學好外語，我再也不想讓別人嘲笑我是個文盲了！
該怎麼努力了，我得想想，要不然N年後我該怎麼對我的孩子說了，你老爸英語就認識個ABC。
