《十二怒漢》(12 Angry Men)爲一出於1957年由米高梅公司製作之美國黑白電影。瑞吉諾·羅斯(英語：Reginald Rose)原著，希德尼·魯邁特(Sidney Lumet)執導，主演爲亨利·方達。電影內容爲關於一個12人陪審團之討論過程。全劇深刻探討美國法律正義及陪審制，被認爲是美國電影史上最重要的電影之一。
12位陪審員將作出決定他一生的選擇。12陪審員來自社會的各個階層，他們當中有廣告商，有工程師，有警察，有銀行家，有推銷員……
美國的陪審制度要求所有陪審員必須取得一致意見才能做出判決，所以當第一次11票：1票認定少年弒父罪名成立的時候，所有人都以爲屈服的會是那個唯一的1。但亨利·方達出演的工程師以百折不撓的毅力和勇氣開始提出疑問，放大疑點，逐漸說服每一個陪審員。
