作爲公司新的一員，我自願簽訂此【入職承諾書】，本着誠實守信和忠於綠能的原則，本人莊嚴承諾以下事項，並自願受其約束：
一、本人入職時，在實習(試用期間)及與公司簽訂勞動合同時，提供給公司的資料信息都是真實有效的，這些資料信息包括但不限於：身份證明、戶籍證明、離職證明、學歷證明、各項專業證書、照片、歷史背景、無犯罪記錄證明、工作經驗、求職簡歷與入職登記表中的信息及其他由本人提供的資料信息。
二、在簽訂本承諾書時，本人未與任何用人單位之間存在尚未解除或終止勞動關係、或事實勞動關係，亦與任何用人單位不存在因勞動關係而產生的勞動爭議糾紛，或與之未了的法律責任。如果該承諾不屬實，則本人與原用人單位之間的勞動糾紛由本人獨立承擔相應的責任，公司不承擔任何責任。
三、本人已經知曉並認真學習公司的各項規章制度和崗位職責，包括但不限於： 等;並清楚公司規章制度的公示方式，願意嚴格遵守公司的各項規章制度。

本人同意，若違反上述承諾任何一項，即視爲嚴重違反公司規章制度，公司有權解除勞動合同，並無需支付任何經濟補償;若給公司造成經濟損失或法律責任，本人願意全部承擔。
本人承諾，無論因何原因離職，本人都將按公司相關規定辦理辭職手續。
該承諾書將自動作爲勞動合同的附件，與勞動合同具有同等的法律效力，自簽字當日起生效。

6. 加強對自己的家庭成員的管教，不利用自己職權上的一些影響和職務上的一些便利爲自己的配偶、子女及親戚朋友提供便利和優惠條件。
7. 在和外界單位往來時，要堅守公司的利益，樹立公司的形象。不得以任何方式向兄弟單位提出任何方式的`非公司意思的要求，非正常的推銷、介紹業務，籠絡項目等。
8. 不以任何理由，違背公司的意願，刁難來往單位的人員，推諉辦事的效率，損害公司形象。
9. 出差辦事，回來要及時述職，如實地報銷開支，不得弄虛作假。不索取或接受禮金和各種有價證券及各種形式物品，無法拒收的，應按規定上繳。
10. 對公司資源的使用以節約、適度爲原則，少開支、多辦事。一但發現弄虛作假，開大開支的，自願接受公司嚴格處罰，開支自負，公司可直接開除。
11. 認真按財務管理、物資採購、基本建設的各項管理規章制度及操作規程辦事。認真履行崗位職責，遵守職業道德，絕不以權謀私，不做有損公司利益和形象的事情。
12. 不違反規定駕駛和使用公車。
13. 不參與任何形式的封建迷信、賭博等活動。
14. 生活中嚴格遵守公司廉潔建設各項禁令和作風建設的各項規定，遵守公司的各項規章制度。做到不在工作日午餐飲酒，不在工作時間內上網聊天、購物、看電影、刷微博、炒股和玩遊戲等與工作無關的事情。
