入選理由：英國上次(6.14)考的`就是政府決策類話題，由於考題會在不同考區輪換使用，因此近期“輪換”到中國大陸考區的可能性還是比較大的，畢竟該類話題一來本來就是雅思作文最常考的兩大話題之一，二來上一次考試中國大陸考區考的是青少年教育類話題，這次不太可能重複同類話題(5月到6月青少年教育類已經考了N多次了......)。

入選理由：很簡單，該類話題很久沒考了。

三級預測: Report (分析建議類) (Maybe......)
入選理由：6.28的考試將是2008年上半年最後一次雅思考試，根據往年規律，report一般一年考4次左右，今年目前爲止僅考了1次，上半年有可能再考一次！
