各位好，我是來公司不久，來接任你們前任經理的工作，之前我沒接觸過我們部門的人，對大家不是很瞭解，但是我從別的地方聽說了不少關於咱們的事情，心裏覺得非常榮幸能和我們公司的精英們一起合作。
我想能和大家一起走過今後奮鬥的過程，是一件讓人心情澎湃的事情。我也非常期望能和大家做生活中的朋友，事業中的`好排擋。我覺得作爲經理也是應該多學習員工們身上閃光的地方，所以今後的生活工作中，大家對於我的錯誤可以提出來幫助我更好做好經理這個職位的工作。
